Yayoi Kusama: Louis Vuitton Collaboration

When fashion & art combine, a powerful product is created, filled with function and aesthetics. This year, Louis Vuitton plans to collaborate with famed Japanese artist, Yayoi Kusama, for their second project. Kusama, known for her fantastical paintings and polka-dot motifs, has inspired art enthusiasts around the world and thus will now have her own exhibition at the Whitney Museum in New York. To enhance the artistic experience, Louis Vuitton will open up 7 pop-up stores around the world solely for the Kusama collection. The spaces will be a reflection of the artist’s work and the brand’s high-fashion label.
