While taking cover from the heat, eclipse, rain, and NATO protestors, we caught up on all the latest fashions from the Billboard Music Awards. Hosted by the hilarious husband and wife duo from Modern Family, Ty Burrell and Julie Bowen, that show was filled with musical performances from today’s hottest artists like Katy Perry, The Wanted, and J Biebs himself. The night also had a touching memorial for the great Whitney Houston where Bobbi Kristina came on stage to say a few words, and she looked absolutely stunning in her Herve Lerger bandage dress.
