Gloomy Monday in the city, but let’s take a step in the “bright” direction by talking about the shoes you should invest in for the spring. Brands like Jimmy Choo, Prada, and Christian Louboutin are taking your fathers classics and adding in a hint of crayola to bring funky flare to your feet. These shoes are totally on trend with bizarre colors being mixed with classic staples for the modern dapper gentlemen. All of these shoes can be worn with shorts, jeans, white pants, or a light summer suit. My favorite trend is spicing up a bland pair of shoes with interesting laces. Try this for a cheaper look; try adding neon laces to grey chukka boots for a chic and cheap way to imitate these trends. And please, let’s all keep our shoes on our feet.
